Through ten years of operating wellness-based, weight-management clinics, Sound Health Solutions has helped over a thousand clients form healthy lifestyles and lose weight through its multidisciplinary programs. Now you can participate online through eSoundHealth, building the routines necessary to achieve and sustain a healthy lifestyle by using tools -- a food journal, a fitness log and health reports - to evaluate nutrition intake, track your exercise, and monitor cholesterol, blood pressure and a variety of other metrics.

Upcoming Weight Management Program Enrollment Date

Sound Health will begin accepting it's next group of Individual and Corporate-sponsored Enrollees on October 17, 2007. Our Individual Program is a self-paced weight loss program offered at $18 per month. Our Corporate-sponsored Program is 26 weeks long and supported by our Sound Health Clinicians via telephone, secure messaging, and/or WebCam clinical appointments. Participation in our Corporate-sponsored weight management program is reserved for the employees and employee dependents of our Corporate and Union Organization clientele.
